Established in 2007, Loaram Constructions Pty Ltd is a privately owned Commercial Construction organisation founded by present directors Vlad Dzajkic and Rohan King.
VLAD DZAJKIC
Prior to founding Loaram Constructions, Vlad Dzajkic accumulated 12 years project management experience delivering projects of the scope of $50M across Melbourne and the Geelong region. Tertiary qualified as a Civil Engineer (hons), Vlad fulfils the role of Construction Director at Loaram and oversees the successful delivery of all projects.
ROHAN KING, AIMM, AICD
A Commercially Registered Builder in the Unlimited category for over 20 years, Rohan King brings to Loaram Constructions more than 25 years senior management business experience from the manufacturing and branding industries. In his role of Managing Director, Rohan is responsible for financial and contractual management, as well as the business development and valuing functions of Loaram.
Loaram Constructions is by design, a compact and focused construction enterprise that falls outside the traditional “tiered” assessment of commercial builders.
The Loaram business model revolves around establishing and maintaining strong relationships with each client as a fundamental business priority.
Consequently more than 80% of Loaram’s annual activity is repeat business where project values range from one thousand dollars to ten million.
Working from offices in Geelong (Lara) and the head office in Williamstown, Vlad and Rohan both have a personal and active involvement in every project that Loaram Constructions delivers.
From the outset I don’t hide from the fact we were laying down a challenging proposition for anybody to tender, little alone deliver the project. Your preparedness to work with us and our overseas consultant team was at the outset a point of difference, in both tendering the works and participation in driving down to a number that worked within our budgets.
The Circle redevelopment entailed demolishing an existing building in a busy residential shopping strip, relocating the operating pharmacy business, and constructing a mixed use retail store and an upper level premium residential apartment. The Loaram team worked diligently through numerous obstructions, poor weather, onsite contaminants, design issues and difficult third parties to get what we consider to be a fantastic outcome. We experienced a constant high level of engagement and ownership in the process, which remains in place today should we have any maintenance or repair issues.
